PC Game Deals Today

With the Halo Master Chief Collection you can relive memories of the past.  I remember playing Halo on the Xbox for the first time, and it was a game changer in the FPS genre.

Halo Master Chief Collection contains every Halo game before Halo 5.  That means you get 5 games in one.

One great thing about the Halo Master Chief Collection is it has the original versions, and the remastered versions on some of the games.

That gives it the ability to run most of the games on older hardware without a hiccup.  The original Halo was released in 2001.  Pretty much any modern hardware will run it with no problems at all.

Do you want to relive the days of Xbox Live where you had to create custom games with strangers?  Do you remember getting kicked out of games after killing the host in zombies? The Master Chief Collection game browser is custom made! You are able to share awesome game modes or maps you created in the Forge.

The Halo Master Chief Collection is well worth your time.  On a deal like this it’s only $3.20 a game.  Don’t miss out!

Metacritic 83% / Steam Overwhelmingly Positive

I was never scared, stalked and intrigued by enemy AI as I was in The Forest. It is a distressing survival ordeal that understands the way to produce a feeling of a true world with intricate inner workings and mysteries that i was desperate to uncover.

Remember the movie I Am Legend? It’s like playing a part in I Am Legend but in a different environment. Disregard the alerts danger hidden between the trees at your very own risk.

Ignore the warnings on the walls and put yourself in grave danger. If you would like a unique and unforgettable survival horror experience, then don’t delay. The Forest is your cup of tea.

MC 90% / Steam Very Positive

While Bayonetta didn’t end up on my 5 favorite games of 2021, it would definitely come in at a solid #6.

Bayonetta is the perfect blend of action and character development.  While at the beginning it feels like a button masher, by the end you feel confident in all of your abilities.

Bayonetta has some of the best action and boss battles of any game I’ve ever played.  It really truly feels like you’re really truly fighting a god in the final boss battle.

While I find flaws in most games, even some of my favorites, I can’t find any with Bayonetta.  It’s a perfect balance of action, combat, storytelling, character development, and fun.

We are going to be doing a twitter giveaway for Bayonetta for Valentine’s Day 2022.  If you haven’t already, make sure to follow us on twitter @dinksdcgaming.

lost in random

If you’ve ever wanted to feel like you are part of a Tim Burton creation, now is your chance.

After watching the trailer while preparing this article, I was amazed and purchased it.  I did something I never do.  I immediately downloaded it and started playing.

The game is very cinematic.  With the art style, it literally feels like you started playing a game developed by Tim Burton.

The gameplay at the beginning is similar to Little Nightmares with the way it presents puzzles to continue forward.  It even presents some of the same creepy vibe.

Once you get a little further you learn about the combat element which is extremely unique using a combination of cards and using a combination of real time combat and cards.

Lost in Random is incredibly unique and sucks you in from the very beginning.

I am only about 3 hours in, but I can’t wait to get further into it and see how it progresses.

dicey dungeons
MC 80% / Steam Very Positive

Dicey Dungeons is another game I picked up last night while preparing this article.  Unfortunately, I’ve been stuck on Lost In Random and haven’t had a chance to play Dicey Dungeons yet.

It has excellent reviews and I’ve heard it’s one of the best Deck Builder Games ever created.   If you’re a fan of Deck Builders, it’s worth the price of a happy meal to give it a shot.

MC 71% / Steam Very Positive

Foregone is a stunning game. Some have compared it to Dead Cells but it really does its own thing. There is a good amount of Combat and the game has excellent controls.
The graphics style of Foregone, and 2d gameplay, brings back memories of the retro platformers we know and love with a bit of looter action thrown in.
While foregone is not without its flaws, it is definitely a good time.
